JAZZERCISE

     Various Levels


Beginners - Simple layers and a slower pace class.

Intermediate - Additional layers and a slightly faster pace class.

Mixed - Suitable for all abilities and a moderate pace class.

     

PAYG & Block booking - 60 min class.


You will need a mat & some water.

Dance based cardio with lots of variety in music, styles and tempo.

Easy to follow routines.

Body conditioning, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.


Block booking - 45 min class.
